One July 10th Peter and I officially closed on our very first home--Wow!!! We love it! It is in a very good neighborhood. A gated community with pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts. There is even a neighborhood swim team in the summer. We love our brick house with 1/3 acre yard and lots of trees. It is 15 years old so we are doing lots of painting and a little kitchen remodeling, so I'll have to post pictures when it's more in order. We love having our very own house!

Lindsay and Peter! Woo-hoo! Homeownership is so awesome...there's definitely more to keep you busy, but it's a house of your own! I am so happy for you guys. You surely deserve it! It looks beautiful on the outside...can't wait to see pics of the inside! And I love the lawn...it's so nice to have a big yard for the kids...other than the upkeep. :) Enjoy!
